Petit Méli Cottage Description

The Petit Méli was designed to create a minimum footprint while maximizing the size of the common areas that occupy a prominent place in the cottage. This is the model that is the easiest to integrate into the Chalets Méli project, as its square dimensions fit with most of the slopes of the existing natural terrain. 10 feet ceilings on the ground floor give it the desired effect of vastness, maximize the view and flood the cottage with natural light. Very special attention was made to maximize the outdoor structures. Large balconies, covered in places, allow for adding a hot tub with total privacy.
Its interior layout has 2 bedrooms in the basement and an office that can be converted into a bedroom across from the common area. The basement living room provides a second leisure or relaxation area and is completely separate from the first floor. Having the two main bedrooms located in the basement allows for quieter sleeping spaces.
